gpn11 BOOKHULTZ NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER DAWSON COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Joy M Bookhultz and Lewis E Bookhultz to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. dated 7/1/2009 and recorded in Deed Book 867 Page 565, Pickens County, and recorded in Deed Book 920 Page 2, Dawson County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 262,094.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Pickens County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 05, 2014 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 14, of the 4th District, 2nd Section, Pickens County, Georgia, and in Land Lot 312, 5th District, 2nd Section, Dawson County, Georgia, being Lot No. 6051 of the Disharoon Valley Neighborhood of Big Canoe Subdivision, as per plat ("Plat") recorded in Plat Book F, Page 24, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Pickens County, Georgia, and as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 347, in the Office of the Superior Court of Dawson County, Georgia, said plats being by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).Said property is commonly known as 6051 Foxglove Circle, Big Canoe, GA 30143 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party (or parties) in possession of the subject property is (are): Joy M Bookhultz and Lewis E Bookhultz or tenant or tenants. Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the entity or individual designated who shall have full authority to negotiate, amend and modify all terms of the mortgage.
